Sunday 4 October is World Animal Day 2009. To celebrate the Animal Welfare branch is hosting a free family fun day at Jingili Water Gardens from 9:00am – 1.00pm. There will be reptile displays, exciting performing horse demonstrations, animal industry displays, a pet parade and fun activities for the whole family. Food and drink will also be available.

The Animal Welfare Branch hosts the Pet Parade - Come along with your pet and enter them into our pet parade for a chance to win an awesome family pass to 'Feed the big cats behind the scenes at Crocodylus Park, valued at $250.00'!!!

11:00am Crocodylus Park presents a crocodile safety talk & display with real live crocs!

11:30am Customs Dog Handling Display.

12:00pm Noble Comrade the Performing Horse.
